Role Title:
Legal Intern – Corporate Practice
Responsibilities
- Assisting with transactional support
- Supporting corporate advisory matters
- Reviewing and drafting commercial agreements (NDAs, employment contracts, etc.)
- Conducting legal research
Eligibility Criteria
- 4th-year law student
- Prior internship exposure to corporate law practice preferred
Skills Required
- Strong research and drafting abilities
- Attention to detail and analytical thinking
- Interest in corporate and commercial law
