Key Responsibilities
As a Legal Executive, you will be at the heart of the company’s legal operations:
- Drafting & Reviewing: Preparing and modifying contracts, legal notices, and agreements to ensure they meet legal standards.
- Contract Management: Managing HR documents, SaaS agreements, and NDAs (Non-Disclosure Agreements).
- Government Liaison: Coordinating with government agencies to get necessary licenses and approvals.
- Litigation Support: Assisting in managing legal disputes, working with outside lawyers, and preparing case documents.
