Step into the heart of India’s legal system. The Ministry of Law & Justice is offering a month-long, paid internship for law students and graduates across multiple cities.

Selection Process:
- Every month, 50 candidates are selected from the pool of shortlisted applications. This cycle continues until all qualified applicants are covered.
- Shortlisting status and selection details are sent directly via email or updated on the Internship Portal.
Capacity: 50 Interns per month.
Locations: New Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Kolkata, and Chennai.
Eligibility:
- 3-Year LLB: Passed 2nd year.
- 5-Year LLB: Passed 3rd year.
- Graduates: Open to all law degree holders
Stipend: Rs.1,000 honorarium on completion.

Rules & Requirements for Interns
- Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM (unless otherwise authorized).
- Logistics: Interns must arrange their own accommodation and travel.
- Dress Code: Strictly formal—Black Trousers & White Shirt.
- Confidentiality: Mandatory Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA); interns must maintain strict confidentiality regarding all Department policies and work.
- Conduct: Interns are governed by the same rules as Department employees. Any unsatisfactory performance may lead to immediate termination of the internship.
- Disengagement: If you wish to leave the program early, prior formal intimation is required.
- Library Access: Facilities are for reference only; books cannot be borrowed, but photocopies are permitted.
- Entry Passes: Selected interns must contact their respective Branch Secretariats or the Admin-II(LA) Section (for Main Secretariat) to secure entry passes.
