The selected intern will work closely with the Group Corporate Secretary and support global corporate compliance for Payoneer’s group entities across regions including SEA, EMEA, and LATAM.

Key Responsibilities
- Assisting the Group Corporate Secretary in managing global entities and international expansion
- Supporting Board of Directors and Board Committees on corporate compliance matters
- Ensuring compliance with the Companies Act and applicable laws
- Handling statutory filings and maintaining corporate records
- Reviewing agreements to monitor shareholder and corporate obligations
- Coordinating with statutory auditors, cost auditors, and external stakeholders
