Core Responsibilities

Selected interns will work closely with the legal department on the following tasks:

• Drafting & Review: Assisting in the creation and vetting of commercial contracts and legal agreements.
• Legal Research: Performing detailed research on various statutes and summarizing findings for the senior team.
• Documentation: Managing case files, preparing summaries, and maintaining organized legal records.
• Compliance Tracking: Staying abreast of the latest legal amendments and regulatory changes affecting the logistics sector.
• Administrative Support: Aiding the team in general legal documentation and filing processes.

Eligibility & Requirements

• Candidates currently pursuing a 3-year or 5-year LL.B. degree.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in legal research tools and MS Office.
• Availability for a continuous period of 6 months.
